MEET THE TEAM
Team BTRCF work tirelessly behind the scenes to save bull terriers in need. We are all volunteers who have families, work full time jobs so we answer emails, phone calls, applications & reply to comments after hours. Our team of volunteers met 5 years ago while rescuing bull terriers with another larger BT rescue here in Florida that is now closed. We continue to rescue this wonderful breed together. We all share a passion & love for this breed & are dedicated to the well-being of the dogs!

A FEW OF OUR VOLUNTEERS & FOSTERS
HOW YOU CAN GET INVOLVED & HELP
To join our volunteer team fill out an application HERE. Volunteering for us can be fostering, transporting, adopting or donating.

-FOSTER-
Fostering a dog means opening your home to one of our dogs to let them stay with you until we find a permanent home for them. We will pay for all of their food, medications, vet care, supplies & whatever they need while they are with you. Don’t worry! If you fall in love we always allow our foster homes the opportunity to adopt their foster pup before adopting them out to someone else. Fill out a foster form today to become a life saving foster home!
-TRANSPORT-
Since we cover the entire state of Florida we often times need to move a dog from a shelter to one of our vet offices or from a vet office to a foster home or from a foster home to an adoptive home. This can range many miles & several cities. We often times use transports to get our dogs to where they need to go. Offering to be a part of a transport means you are willing to give one of our dogs a ride in your car! Most transport legs range from 1-1.5 hours & require you to have a medium size crate in your vehicle for our dog’s safety while traveling. If you are interested in joining our transport team fill our a volunteer application & we will contact you for help when we have a dog needing to travel through your area!
-ADOPT-
We always need new adopters! By adopting a dog you open up a spot for another dog to be saved so our adopters are such a HUGE part of our team! All of our dogs come sterilized meaning spayed or neutered, vaccinated & microchipped.
-DONATE-
Giving a donation to BTRCF go directly to the dogs. Your donation will help our dogs receive the vet care they need as well as buy food, treats, toys, shampoo, beds, medication, collars, leashes, training & more.
Donations can be made via Paypal BullTerrierRescueCentralFL@yahoo.com or Venmo BTrescueofCentralFL
